Mojeeb Weiss

Mojeeb Weiss's practice encompasses business, commercial, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Weiss's business practices focuses on counseling emerging and established companies on general corporate matters, including entity formation, negotiation and preparation of internal formation documents, executive compensation arrangements, employment immigration matters, equity and debt financing transactions, technology development, transfer, licensing and distribution agreements, and stock option and purchase agreements.

As part of his commercial transactions practice, Mr. Weiss structures, negotiates and drafts a variety of commercial documents, including marketing and distribution agreements, franchising agreements, equipment sales and purchase agreements, licensing contracts, requirement-supply contracts, and warranty agreements.

Mr. Weiss's real estate practice includes all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing of commercial property, negotiation and drafting of construction contracts and subcontracts, real estate development agreements, joint venture agreements, and brokerage and partnership agreements.

Mojeeb Weiss received a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Business Transactions. He completed a Masters course of study in International Relations at Golden Gate University and received his B.S.C. from University of Ottawa, Canada in Political Science and Economics.
